Please note that on your first delivery the bags your diapers are delivered in are your diaper pail liners.Please do not rinse or soak diapers, as this will cause mold on the diapers.For your convenience and ours, please have your bag out by 6:00 am on your delivery day as the exact time of delivery may vary from week to week.This also allows the driver to complete their routes more efficiently.For sanitary reasons, please have your bag securely closed.Your driver has extra bags and deodorizers on the truck, so you may request these by leaving a note on your bag.
If you miss a pick-up you will need to bring your diapers to our office between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday.If we do not receive your diapers we will not have any to bring you the following week.Diapers left for over a week will get mold and become ruined.Charges will apply to diapers that are ruined due to mold.
